Quadra Land and Property Limited, and any person connected to it whatsoever, is not obliged to and will not apply for planning permission in relation to any land it sells nor will it provide any services to plot owners collectively following their purchase of plots. Plot owners retain control over the obtaining of planning permission relevant to their plots. Land available for purchase from Quadra Land and Property Limited does not have the benefit of planning consent and no guarantees are given that land will in the future be designated for development or that planning consent will be given. We recommend that you seek independent legal and financial advice before buying land from Quadra Land and Property Limited.

A purchase of land is unregulated and should only be considered by those who are comfortable making their own financial decisions. Past land values are not a guide to the future. The value of land and any income from it may go down as well as up and you may not get back the original capital used to purchase the land.

Where monies used are to purchase land, you may not be able to realise your asset when you want because your land may not be readily saleable. You should also bear in mind that the valuation of land is generally a matter of the valuer’s opinion so your land may not realise the amount you expect.

The returns and opinions expressed are based upon Quadra Land and Property Limited’s internal forecasts and should not be relied upon as indicating any guarantee of return for any capital used to purchase the land. The rates and basis of tax may change in the future.

Refund Cancellation Policy

In confirming your order, Quadra Land and Property Ltd. will accept a fee of £495.00 per plot of land to cover the Legal and Administration fees. 

§  Upon the date that your legal and administration fee is collected, you have 7 days to cancel your order.
        Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

§  Cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to Quadra Land and Property Ltd.  9 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YF and your Land  Consultant 
        should be advised via email or phone within the stated deadline.

§  Refund requests must include the name of the buyer, the Site Name and Plot Number(s).

§  All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

§  In the event of a qualifying cancellation, the customers full Legal and Administration fee will be refunded less £40.00 service fee.

§ All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
